Great weather and access to every type of recreational activity make the East Bay a wonderful area to live and work.
Connected to San Francisco and most of the rest of the East Bay by the region’s high-speed rail system, BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), and located approximately 40 minutes from San Francisco, the East Bay is comprised of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties. Our community is a series of small enclaves of tightly knit, safe communities with more affordable housing than neighboring San Francisco or San Jose. With beautiful parks, tons of open space, and majestic views of historic Mount Diablo, this community is certainly a home away from it all.
I live and work in the East Bay and would be happy to tour you through the communities. Contact me to get started
A Mediterranean climate is typical of California's interior valleys - warm and dry in Summer with highs averaging 80-100 °F, wet and cool in Winter with lows averaging 35- 40 °F
The climate allows for the successful cultivation of many plants and crops, being warm enough for citrus yet cold enough for apples. The Ruth Bancroft Garden is a renowned botanical garden that showcases the diversity of plants that can be successfully grown.
Contra Costa County is within an hour of the coast and within several hours of the redwoods to the north. To the east, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park are a half-day’s drive.
The diverse terrain and mild climate make the area ideal for a wide range of sports and outdoor activities including hiking, biking, surfing, skiing, hang gliding, kayaking, and camping.
With some of the best public and private schools in the country, this is an ideal place to purchase a home or investment. For more information about the local communities, please contact me
